Description
Inspired by a bush photographed during a casual walk, Fall captures the transition of autumn through a balance of abstract techniques and recognizable organic form. The piece evolved through extensive experimentation with non-traditional tools—including sandpaper, paint scrapers, squeegees, and unconventional brushes—layering color and scraping back texture until arriving at a harmonious fusion of realism and abstraction. Floating clusters of glowing orange and crimson petals set against a deeply weathered, atmospheric background evoke both the gentle movement of falling leaves and the quiet beauty of a crisp fall day.
